What is a Tenancy Agreement

Your property will be let using an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, usually for a period of six to twelve months. If your property is in Scotland it will be let using the Private Residential Tenancy Agreement, which has no contract length. We will sign the Tenancy Agreement on behalf of the landlord and ensure it is signed by the tenant.

Why are you accredited?

Xenia Lettings are committed to providing the highest of standards to our Landlords and Tenants, and are therefore members of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and The Property Ombudsman. By choosing an accredited lettings agent such as Xenia Lettings landlords can have peace of mind that their agent is professional and adheres to the highest of standards.

What Are Your Fees?

For a schedule of fees, please speak with a member of our Team by either calling 0330 995 7271, or emailing contact@xenialettings.com.

What Is An Emergency Repair?

Our out of hours service will instruct a local contractor to attend to an emergency and any invoices will be payable through the rental income. The out of hours team will only instruct works in an emergency situation, their main aim to ensure the limitation of damage to your property and we will always act in your best interests. A report will be provided and your lettings assistant will be in touch to advise.
