Behind the scenes with Rodolfo Pettinato

We’ve spent a few minutes catching up with our Property Manager, Rodolfo Pettinato so you can get to know more about him and his role at  Xenia Lettings!

Tell us a little bit about your role…

In quality of Property Manager, my focus is making sure each tenant has the best living experience possible within our units across the Nation. This includes promptly find solutions to problems that may raising throughout the tenancy.

How did you get to where you are today?

My journey within this sector started long time ago, when in my early 20s I have completed my studies in constructions and property in a foreign country, achieving a chartership in Building Surveyor.

In the previous years I was responsible for looking after a portfolio of 700+ residential property, on the behalf of an investor group.

What would you say makes Xenia Lettings stand out?

Xenia lettings is rapidly increasing in a challenging market, with future to expand and grow over the next years.

I am looking forward to seeing the upcoming achievements of our hard work.

What do you love about your role?

The company culture has got me before hands. About my role, I love being of help and assist the tenants with their queries and overturn challenging situations in positive ones.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever heard?

If you don’t know, ask. But if you do know, then ask to make sure!

What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?

I always dreamt to travel around the world with my motorbike. Still on the to do list!

If you could choose a superpower, what would it be?

Being able to travel through time!
