We’ve spent some time catching up with our Senior Lettings Manager, Cameron Smith so you can get to know more about him and his role at Xenia Lettings!
Tell us a little bit about your role…
My role is to engage with all our customers and ensure their rental journey whether tenant or landlord is as smooth and as pleasant as possible and to exceed their expectations.
How did you get to where you are today?
I originally started managing events however, during Covid this was not possible. I was interested in property and had researched the different avenues during covid. A job opportunity came up to work in property therefore I snatched it as soon as I could.
What would you say makes Xenia Lettings stand out?
Xenia Lettings has a huge dynamic team, so there is always someone to help. No task is too big or small and everyone is super friendly.
What do you love about your role?
I love engaging with people and offering a helping hand where I can. This role allows me to make what could be a stressful time, smooth and easy.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever heard?
Sometimes the best thing to say is nothing at all, listening is especially key in this role. If you listen well it is much easier to solve the problems that occur in this role.
What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
I like antiques with a focus on Japanese and Egyptian artefacts.
If you could choose a superpower, what would it be?
Teleportation so I could miss the Morning traffic.
What’s your go-to karaoke song?
It would have to be Gun’s and Roses – Paradise City.
