Location: Liverpool / Chester

Role Overview:

Xenia Lettings currently let and manage over 1500 properties across England and Scotland, primarily in the Student Accommodation sector. Targeting new business across our existing Student rental and expansion across the private lettings sector.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Lettings Manager to work across two student properties in Liverpool and one in Chester.

A large element of the role will focus upon growth, from identifying to securing new landlord business opportunities across your patch. Experience in this field would be advantageous.

The role will require regular travel between the sites and across the wider city and therefore having a car and a full driving license is essential.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying a landlord-centric mentality, by forging trusted relationships. Confirming landlords are communicated to regularly ensuring their investments are well looked after.
  • Monetising the new landlord leads provided whilst establishing self-made leads to convert to new business.
  • Offering a warm welcome and exceptional customer service to all residents and visitors.
  • To manage the Assistant Accommodation Manager as well as a team of Maintenance Operatives and Housekeepers.
  • To manage enquiries and applications, converting these into room bookings.
  • To complete the necessary administrative tasks involved in property letting such as references, contracts and ID verification.
  • To complete property viewings, room inspections, inventories and check outs as appropriate
  • To assist the Head Office team with any on-site tasks as required.
  • To work with the on-site maintenance and housekeeping team/s to ensure the building is clean, tidy and well presented at all times.

You will need to be patient and understanding as we often work with students who are living away from home for the first time.

The role is Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm however, over the busy summer period there is a requirement to work two weekends. Additional flexibility may be required during this time.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • ARLA qualified would be advantageous.
  • Lettings experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Full clean driving license
  • Demonstrable customer service experience
