Job Title: Lettings Manager

Reports to: Head of Operations

Location: Sunderland

Role Overview

Xenia Lettings are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lettings Manager to launch our first designated Lettings Agent office in Sunderland. The ideal candidate will have an outstanding track record of high performance across business generation and customer service and will be excited at the prospect of working independently to launch a brand new part of our already successful business.

Xenia Lettings currently let and manage over 1500 properties across England and Scotland, primarily in the Student Accommodation sector. We are now launching our exciting new lettings office based in Sunderland to expand our operation into residential lettings.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Generation
An expert in the Sunderland lettings market
Carrying out Market Appraisals
Gaining new instructions to let and manage
Pre-tenancy administration
Inventories
Property Inspections
Check Outs
Excellent Customer Service to both landlords and tenants
The successful candidate may be asked to assist with our PBSA operation in Sunderland during the summer turn around period

Qualifications & Experience:

A minimum 1 year experience as a Lettings Manager
ARLA qualified
Full clean driving licence
