We will market your property through a number of student specific digital channels including Rightmove. Our local Lettings Professionals will also conduct in-person and virtual viewings of your property until we find the perfect tenant for you.
Prepare Your Property
Once we have secured you a tenant, our lettings professionals will obtain a UK based guarantor if necessary for your property, handle the tenants deposit, and conduct all other relevant right to rent checks. Additionally, we will conduct an inventory schedule of condition of your property to ensure everything is well prepared for move-in.
Welcome Your Tenant
Our Lettings Professionals will organise a move-in appointment for you tenants and also provide a fully digital move-in pack for your tenants including their signed Tenancy Agreement and Inventory. Our aim is to ensure your tenants remain happy throughout their stay, first impressions count!
Maintaining Your Property
